Induna Tippers
Launched in October 2007 during the Gautrain earthworks phase, Induna Tippers brought black-owned tipper trucks into the civils programme as owners — not subcontractors. It is the template SPG has returned to on every major project since.

Concessions portfolio
The Gautrain concession assets — stations, depot, rolling stock, and peripheral infrastructure — where SPG participates through Bombela Concessions Company.
Midrand Depot
The 60-hectare Gautrain depot — stabling, heavy and light maintenance, driver training, and fleet command. Home base for every train set in the concession.
Derby Factory
Pre-cast concrete segment factory supplying the tunnelled sections of the Gautrain route — one of the largest pre-cast operations of its kind delivered on the continent.
Dolomite remediation
Ground treatment, compaction grouting, and void remediation across the dolomitic geology between Centurion and Pretoria — some of the most technically demanding civils on the route.
Hatfield Station
Pretoria's eastern anchor station — university catchment, commuter volumes, and the northern terminus of the original Gautrain commissioning phase.
IRS installation
Integrated rail systems — signalling, SCADA, passenger information, and communications backbone — delivered and maintained across the network.
Midrand station
The midpoint station serving the Johannesburg-Pretoria corridor's densest employment node — the station is also adjacent to the operations depot.
Rosebank Parkade
The Rosebank station and integrated parkade — a project that knitted heavy underground civils into one of Johannesburg's most active retail precincts.
Sandton station
The deepest station on the network and the most heavily used — Africa's financial hub connected directly to OR Tambo International via the Gautrain.
