Before you come in
Piercing preparation
Eat beforehand
Have a meal an hour or two before — it keeps you steady and reduces the chance of feeling faint.
Come clean & sober
Clean skin, no alcohol in your system. Avoid blood-thinning meds where you safely can.
Bring ID
Over-18s can be pierced freely. Under-18s need a parent or guardian present with ID and consent.
Ask anything
Placement, jewellery, healing times — there are no silly questions. We'd rather you're sure.
Healing well
Piercing aftercare
A new piercing is a small wound — keep it clean and leave it alone, and it'll heal beautifully.
- Clean twice daily with sterile saline solution.
- Wash your hands before touching it — and otherwise, don't touch it.
- Don't twist, turn or remove the jewellery while healing.
- Avoid pools, the sea and saunas until fully healed.
- Change pillowcases often and keep hair products off ear piercings.
- Healing ranges from 6 weeks (lobes) to several months (cartilage).

Lobes & Nostril
Our most popular, quickest-healing piercings. Walk-ins usually welcome during open hours.
Cartilage & Facial
Helix, tragus, septum, eyebrow and lip — a little more involved, best booked ahead.
Jewellery upgrades
Swap to titanium, gold or decorative ends. We'll show you options that suit a fresh piercing.
