Patient records are stored securely on a HPCSA-compliant practice management platform. Records are retained for the period required by HPCSA regulations (typically 6 years post-final consultation) and then securely destroyed.
Your records are not shared with third parties without your written consent — except where required for medical aid claim submission, legal obligation, or as part of your care team (paediatrician, allergist, GP) with your authorisation.
