We recommend booking at least one to two weeks in advance, especially for weekend slots. Same-day or last-minute bookings may be possible — call or WhatsApp 065 310 3661 and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Hair should be at least 5mm long (roughly the length of a grain of rice, or about 2 weeks of growth after shaving). Don't shave the day before your appointment — the wax needs something to grip.
We use premium low-temperature wax and a refined technique that significantly reduces discomfort compared to traditional hot wax. First-timers often comment that it was much easier than expected. For Brazilian first-timers, our pre-wax numbing cream add-on (+R100) is popular.
We require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a 50% charge of the booked appointment. This protects the time of our therapists and other clients.
Most clients enjoy smooth skin for 3 to 6 weeks. With consistent waxing every 4–6 weeks, hair tends to grow back finer, sparser, and slower over time.
Absolutely. We're a fully inclusive, judgement-free space. Men's back, chest, abdomen, arms, legs, and grooming services are all available. Many of our regulars are gentlemen who appreciate the discretion and professionalism.
