Nkosikhona Gama is an adroit legal practitioner. He was admitted as an advocate of the High court of South Africa on 1 April 2009. He currently boasts over 10 years of experience in practice.

After graduation from university, he joined the National Prosecuting Authority as an aspirant prosecutor and later a prosecutor. He prosecuted for a period of over 2 years wherein he leant a great deal of forensic skills and trial advocacy.

In the year 2009, he underwent pupillage training in Johannesburg under the aegis of the Johannesburg Society of Advocates. He commenced practice as a member of the Johannesburg Bar in 2010 to date.  He has and continues to serve a variety of clients in his practice. These, include amongst others, private, state attorneys and public interest organisations.
