Nazeem Ferris was admitted as an attorney in 2014, admitted as an advocate in 2016 and is currently a member of the JSA (Johannesburg Society of Advocates).

Ferris holds Chambers at Duma Nokwe Group of Advocates.

Ferris is a former admitted attorney with work experience in General litigation, Civil litigation, Criminal Law, Labour Law, Administrative Law, Medical Negligence and Personal Injury Claims.

He was an Article Clerk and Associate at Smit Stanton Attorneys and a Senior Associate at Tlou and Associate before joining the Bar.

Ferris most experience is in general commercial and corporate law including drafting and reviewing all sorts of commercial agreement.

Ferris has appeared in most Superior Courts throughout South Africa, including the Constitutional Court and Supreme Court of Appeal, as well as various other courts of first instance and appellate courts and statutory tribunals. He also appears regularly before the arbitration tribunals especially in the area of commercial and construction disputes.
