As an Advocate, Mandla have appeared in the Land Claims Court, Labour Court, High Courts and Supreme Court of Appeal with both senior and junior advocates in various matters relating to urgent applications, commercial litigation, general litigations and medical negligence matters, land claims & restitution, review of tender awards, board disputes, commercial arbitration and presided over disciplinary hearings and provided legal opinions on amongst others, environmental liability, conflict of interests amongst board members and submission to the commission of enquiry into allegations of State capture.
