Advocate Adila Chowan is a member of the Johannesburg Society of Advocates.

Adila Chowan is also a Chartered Accountant and has over 20 years commercial experience. She has worked in private, listed and State Owned Companies in executive and in non-executive roles. She was admitted as an advocate in 2021

Her areas of practice include amongst others: Tax Law including Customs & Excise, Labour Law and Company Law.

She has assisted State Owned Companies in addressing tax matters and being well affiliated with Treasury regulations, PFMA and MFMA, she has drafted opinions in related matters.
