3. How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a vehicle valuation or finance pre-qualification, process a sale or trade-in, and keep you updated about your request. We process this information on the lawful bases of your consent and the performance of a service you have asked for.

4. Sharing your information

To arrange finance, we may share the details you provide with our affiliated finance houses (such as WesBank, Absa, MFC and IEMAS) so they can assess your application. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate, or where required by law.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard your information against loss, unauthorised access or misuse, and we keep it only for as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.
